  Hi,
  Im thinking of booking a toyota vios..
  
  Can anyone give me some comments about the car?
  Should i wait for the next COE bidding exercise to be over before i go down to showroom or should i go tomorrow to get one?

  although i am a kid, i got some information and knowledge on car, as for toyota vios, is a nice and great choice you have! let me give you some spect about it.

  as for interior:
  you must personally pay a visit to borneo motor. and waiting for next COE bidding is a gambling lah, it might rise or drop that depends. haha well good luck to you!

  only 3 things i dun like about the car..
  
  1. centre mounted binnacle which houses the tacho and speedo
  
  2. seats r not the most comfortable
  
  3. rubber sealings not the best. they would be all wet if u bring it thru a manual car wash which uses a pressure washer.
  
  other than these.. i think the car is just fine for our little city..
  
  oh ya... if u can get the manual.. it works better with the engine than the auto..

  i love the meter in the center. somthing fresh and creative. in my opinion.
  the pickup and FC are good.
  
  the thing that i don't like about vios is the vibration of the engine when the car is not moving. well thats the prob with the old version vios. i wonder hw the 06 version is doing.
  
  seats are not as comfortable i agree. but other aspect are nt bad.
  
  i guess this car is kinda ideal for our city.

  me learn driving at comfort driving ctr. use toyota vios. i like the centre-mounted speedo/tacho. a refreshing alternative to the normal cars.
  
  manual also good. but everytime i wanna go fast, kena scolded by instructor anyway. if get old instructor really suay.

  Give the honda city a try, as well as other marques like the hyundai verna or kia rio. They give the vios a run for tis money.

  the rear passengers will have a hard time sittng still ah. behind quite cramped.

  For about the same budget, why not consider a mit lancer? More spacious and FC not that bad. Somemore, 100% jap assembled.
