where to check whether my SE has got the COE for me?

  i heard its from onemotoring.com but somehow,i cldnt find the exact website.Pls help.

  if u haven't apply for the bidding, then can't help... i think for SE, no need bid, just apply, pay $1000. only those current running series need to bid for COE.
  
  first, check out what is the suffix. click here and find it on the right bar.
  
  then go http://www.onemotoring.com.sg/publish/onemotoring/en/lta_e_services/online_enquiries/road_tax_calculator/road_tax_payable_by0.html and see if it has a valid road tax status. if not, then it's not registered, and u can go LTA and apply.
