Would it be advisable to get the guaranteed-COE or the non-guaranteed COE price these days?
What are the chances that I won't get the COE in 6 bids if I opt for the non-guaranteed COE?
If I get the guaranteed COE, will I be guaranteed to get the COE by the time my car arrives?
