  if u take 10 year loan then u sell or scrap your car let's say in the 5th year, do u still have to pay the remaining 5 years?

  Sorry for breaking the news, but this is Singapore, all cars don't come cheap.

  I know but I never expected the Focus to be as expensive as that in Singapore. I'm just shocked at the taxes, fees, etc that have been loaded on the price. Especially when the base price starts at US$10K.

  I personally think it's not a good choice to buy a Ford in Singapore. It's way overhyped over here, but in US, it's the one car that people avoids touching even with a barge pole. And it's really cheap over in the States, but highly marked up over here. Way too much.
  
  It's very natural that people over there are shocked at the crazy prizes we pay for a Ford.
