Yesterday I drove pass the HaW Par Center ERP, I had my cashcard in with more than enough money in it but the funny thing is, when I passby the ERP, it didn't deduct the amount and there was a flash from above!!
but about few mintues later, I passed by another ERP site, there was a deduction, I'm Puzzled and afraid that I'm gona kena the summon which is not my fault in the first place.
If I get a summon letter, how do I appeal for this case? anyone went through this before? I'm thinking of printing out the cash card transactions to prove to them that I had enough money at that timeand there was a ERP deduction a few mintues later..... any suggestions?

u can appeal, den probably they will send IU to inspection, if pass i think u have to pay fine.

Is it the timing you pass the gate?? I mean is the ERP in operation in the first place when you cross over the first time round. If so wait for a letter, your IU may be faulty or you did not insert your cash card properly.

as long as 2 lights are on.. means in operation....
some times the "In Operation" cant be seen

I have the same exprience once at the north bridge rd gantry but I check for the telephone number & called them immediately. Was asked to go to their office @ maxwell to appeal to the officer and the summon was waived.
Suspected that it could be due to some fault in that cashcard.
I suggest that you give them a call and explain yourself (remember to explain to them that you didn't know who to approach earlier..). I think they can understand that this kind of situation does happened..
I'll advise you to change your cashcard too.

I got the same thing, then realised that there was an accident somewhere else so they let people use the entry for free for a certain time to bypass the jam road.....

i encountered that situation once too.. no summons. i think it u are fine lah.. maybe just a malfunction.
