  i don't get it, what is the point of announcing an anti terrorist exercise? Kinda defeats the purpose don't you think? I mean, you are even announcing it for any terrorist or terrorist wanna be to be aware of, so they can check you out to see your level of anti terrorist measures.. and what you do exactly... sigh. People just never learn.
