Price of brakes and rotors

  can anyone give me a rough amount on how much to expect for changing of brakes and rotors?

  OEM are expensive, aftermarket are cheeeeap. prices vary from make to make, model to model. I tend to go find the parts myself and then bring them to a workshop and just pay for labour.

  depends on wad system u change to. some brake systems approved for use by the dealer on a particular car will not void ur warranty. but sadly most will.

  for them to approve would also mean they sell the brake system?

  read, i mentioned "dealer".
  
  i remember a few importers such as garage R and MB motors were giving warranty on cars u buy from them, provided the mods are also carried out by the same place.
  
  and that includes wadever brakes they sell.
  
  on another note, i think authorized dealers such as MI do allow customers to upgrade the brakes on their rex to brembos from the sti. could be a more far fetched scenario though.

  looks like there is no hope of changing anything on the 8th gen civic from KM...
