in the end really change...but from 2.5 years to 2 years...
so moral of the story is not to worry too much over rumours.

If you wanna take licence then just go take lah, the most you go to driving centre intending to sign up for course/test/whatever, the person over the counter tells you, "Eh sorry, you are below the age limit..." what have you got to lose?
