car in flood , damage who pay?

  Bo bian mah....already stated "Multi-storey" carpark liao.....who knows..in the next 20years, we could be having "Elevated lift multi-storey" carparks.....

  Just one observation, the flood so funny, how come only one side of the carpark flooded, the other sider (nearer to the blocks) like nothing like that?

  t3r, insurance companies do not pay out cars damaged by "Act of God" meaning natural disasters. i think for singapore a flood can be considered natural diaster.

  my house the car park also abit slanted. so i always park at the higher end. but its more convient for me anyway cos my blk is just at the higher end
  
  added: if i were on the higher end i wouldnt want to drive my car out till the rain stops
