What are the things to take note of when getting a car?

make sure it has 5 wheels.
3/4/5 doors (pls choose)
1 boot
1 engine
1 bonnet
2 front seats
1 bench-type of seat behind
steering wheel
gear (pls choose either manual, auto or tiptronic type)
air con vents
lights (all lightings in the car n out)
mirrors (all mirrors in n out of the car)
default stereo/aux/mp3 sound system
speakers (4/6/8...pls choose according to budget)
all knobs and gadgets that comes with the car (additional/options requires additional/optional $$$)
exhaust pipe
bumpers
IU (in-vehicle unit)
insurance (how muchie)
road tax (bigger CC burns deeper hole in pocket)
FC (fuel consumption)
radio license (together with road tax usually 6 months)
technicality of the car - excluded...too many to state
h@ppy shopping n dun forget ur driving license. (pls dun be like some moron driving w/o a license. in any case u can't test drive w/o one) -

why all the weird advices?? nothing about maintainance, spare parts, feul consumption, upkeep, power, rev, etc??
but i think msut first ask he wanna buy for what?? just transport? or other things -
the price...
