  Try calling Vincent A.K.A "Car Rental King" at 91822687. He got a large fleet of cars. Price range from $50 - $70. Able to rent to P-Plate and dont require deposit. So far been renting from him as his cars are well maintain and his rates are reasonable. Highly recommended.
