Any reviews on the new Golf 1.6 Fsi ?

  Hi people,
  
  Any VW Golf 1.6 owners here ? Like to know your reviews or views on the car . I googled the Internet and realized the older 1999- 2000 models got quite a bad rap with peeling pain, worn out suspension etc.
  
  So just like to know if anyone owns the new Golf series and how is the ride as compared to other models like the Ford Focus 5 door hatch and the Pug 307 ...
  
  BTW is there a VW Golf car fourm in singapore ?
