Any feedback on toyota vios? pls advise.

im a new born member here just wanna have some opinion from anyone out there. im thinking to buy a vios but wanna know more abt it.. need some advise..

I don't own a Vios, but I used to rent it from a car sharing company. Not bad, IMHO. But cabin space is small, it is a known fact. Have you considered other cars in the same price range? Sunny, Lancer, Chavrolet, etc.

not a bad car... though quite cramp inside.... altis may be a better choice...though abit more expensive... depends wat u really wan at the end of the day...

ya, the advertisement say got wad 'CVTC' to aid oil consumption, but after all the only oil-saver device should be VVT-I

thanks for the remarks, actually i also heard from others saying tat sunny really is a oil drinker and also understand from mechanic saying tat toyota veh is much more lower FC.
one more thing is tat, i recently saw an ad. showing a vios with body kit and spoiler which black in color.... WOW!! really veri hot man!! Maybe this becos i choosen vios..

if i can help it.. i wouldn't buy a thai built car..
but if u must get this car.. go for the MT if its possible.. the AT... quite bad... -

vios.. moderate right foot... i getting about 13km/l on average..
air con.. start up a bit smelly... but few secs later its ok le... and its still bloody cold after 3 years..
i would personally prefer the jazz/fit... or the city.. if u can stand the looks.. both should return u about 14-15km/l on avg..
either that or u get the MT vios.. should be pretty good...fast and frugal..
p/s: fc is very dependent on traffic, ur style of driving, where ur drive(city or highway majority) and many other factors.. even tire pressure can play a part..
for me i would say tho FC is impt for ur financial health... i would buy a car to enjoy it once in a while.. instead of thinking about fc fc fc fc fc.. if i were to do that... i think i go take cab better.. cheaper and most cab drivers can get u to ur place faster than when ur on ur economic drive...
oh.. do u noe.. there was a FC contest a while back... forgot the name.. but i rem the champ did 20+ km/l... in a hyundai sonata..

Take jazz or city if you can afford. They beat vios hands down in terms of FC.
VVTi may not be the only answer in the market to offer a decent good FC.
Vios is a boy racing thai made car with milo tin body in my humble opinion.
If FC is your top and only concern, better take taxi, fast and don't have to worry about FC.
Sunny MT is not an oil drinker. Take lancer MT for a decent boot & cabin space and FC. -
It depends on what u are looking for in a new car.
1) Space??
2) FC??
3) Comfort??
Test drive the models u are looking at, and see which one gives u the highest level of comfort. Vios is not really good for 5 ppl to squeeze in.
PS: Its the driver behind the wheels that decides how a car should be driven. U can drive any model and turn that into a F1 wannabe, provided u don't crash it.

I personally think vios is better than yaris in terms of car prices...furthermore, the face-lift of vios is much better looking than before...yaris looks kinda smaller than vios...though it may looks better than vios (cuter?)...
Above are just an agaration guide between these two cars....approx .5k in difference...i'll use that excess money to more to vios....
