people who drive altis, i got a question will like to ask.
how altis FC?
heard from my dad that altis is a very good drinker.
heard from my teacher that altis FC very good.
which one is it?? -
Hrmm depends if u are a light or heavy footer.
Altis FC is normal... can say considerably good. -
$280 a month... some time full tank some time no full tank.... but all add together is this amt for whole month

My petrol is usually less than $200.. Pretty much fuel saver for me

My mother altis 1 month ard $450 leh ? How come u all like so cheap 1...
Standard travelling leh, every weekday, from clementi go outram then go back clementi. -
Though both may drive same altis but FC very much depends on light or heavy foot, routes taken (peak/off peak hrs, city/e'way driving) and amount of loads carrying.

my mom drives a vios to and fro bukit batok to outram every weekday too.. during the time i didnt touch the car.. 2 weeks pump once.. about 100 a month nia
nowadays i take the car out and such.. so 1 week pump once.. still its like 200+ a month..
given that its 100cc or so more... but the difference in comsumption is quite kua zhang lor... and i live a lil further from outram somemore
if u think her driving pattern is quite normal.. then maybe u should check the car for its drinking far too much.. -

heavy or light footed plays a very big part in FC
whether u rev the engine anot...
there was a period of time when i was heavy footed,
rev the engine till at least 3.5 then change gear
wah... pump petrol until face green
then i tried to be light footed,
omg... altis really saves petrol then
i drove to ipoh n clocked abt 700km but used only slightly less than 3/4 tank
i was rather surprised at the FC
but then again.. it was like 90% highway drive at 110km/hr (occassionally 120km/hr), 10% city drive at KL.
overall still quite satisfied...

Saw the new face lift altis just now.
Now 1.6 model have the controls on steering wheel, rear arm rest, 2 reverse light but still having rear fog lamp, no fog light, darker wood grain.
However the interior still remain one standard colour... biege leather...
