Your car's spark plug.

Dear all,
I installed SplitFire spark plug for my FL Sunny(M) when it hit 15000km mileage. Now it has reached near 70000km mileage I realise the FC start to go up and engine not as powerful. Went workshop check spark plug mechanic commented still can use abit more. Understand from him normal brand (japan made) can use for about 20000km cost about $15 - $20 per set
Would like to check with members here:
1) Wat spark plug u used n when u change them?
Btw my sunny is coming to 3 yrs old. Pumping 95Ron and using castrol RS engine oil.80% highway driving, did a simple cold air intake and stock wheel condition. My FC is maintaing at 15km/l.

what's the effect of changing a spark plug?...I tot a spark plug is just a thingy to ignite the combustion in the engine...as long as got spark come out of ur spark plug when U turn ur key can already?

erm...did you change to a good spark cable? If not...like not utilising the full effect of a irdium spark plug.
Using a good plug and cable do help to increase FC. Mine increase around 3-5%. Last time when go JB hit full tank to the brim, the first quater around 200-210. Now... Can go to on average 240-260. ( full tank to the higest brim where petrol can spill out, on super saving mode driving )Driving a MT lancer.
My view of having good plug and cable is that you can get power when you need it and yet save petrol when you want. -

and dude....plugs dun make a diff.....trust me on this la....I drive Big CC cars...change small thigns surely can feel diff one lo...then explain 2 me y i dun feel diff....better combustion and smoothness yes but not power and FC....if u say power then plz dyno yr ride and prove it..... -
