Anyone know where is the cheapest car park rates in Orchard during weekdays afternoon? 4-5 hours parking time.

there is no such thing as cheapest car park..
it depends on a lot of things... different carpark charges differently, depends on weekends, weekdays, after 5pm, duration of parking etc etc..
generally, if u are looking for something cheap.. u shld park open areas, coupon parking are generally cheaper..

i think currently the cheapest on a weekday would be the cathay
it is $2 per entry, but doubt it will stay that way for long
so just enjoy it while it last -
