  How huge can a turbo be?

  it actually depends on the brand of the turbo
  diff manufacutre has diff size
  however,the common factor wuld be the conpress flow in CFM,pressure ratio or at the psi leve at sea level.
  compressor maps and turbin wheel oso play a certain role pertaining to turbo size,not to mention the horsepower rating u desire

  If they don't count those on the V5 rocket, then I guess you're right.

  seriously manufacture want how big then got how big loh.. subject to engine bay allowance and exhaust emmission and engine block strength..

  Well, if u include turbines, those found in nuclear power plants are very very big!!
  
  If juz turbos for engines.. those found on ships' diesel engines.. also damn big.. sure bigger than your watermelon!

  comes in SML. Small, Medium, Large. depending on how much space u have inside ur engine bay to stuff it in.
