  preferbly collect in the west area cause i am live in bukit panjang.
  need a car for this coming thur and fri. looking to rent a mitusbishi lancer or clot.

  sorry bro, i dunno abt their terms but what i do know is that there are other car rental companies (straits times?) that u may like to go to if there's an age limit for NTUC.
  
  strangely, u have a license...just don't see how the age is gonna be a big problem. perhaps ur deposit is slightly more...call them to find out further?
  
  i m suggesting NTUC bcos they have rental cars around the island and some of them are situated at MSCP near to HDBs.

  I have rented from a few times and have not been disapointed... his is a 2-yr old nissan sunny but manual la...but for the priceing is worth it...
