Can anyone tell me the difference between waxing, polishing and detailing?
if i'm not wrong...
waxing - applying a layer of wax to create gloss
polishing - smoothing the paint surface by removing unwanted particles which may not be seen by the naked eye. the smoother the surface, the shinier it is.
detailing - applying decals etc

process of making a car shine is..
1. dusting/rinse -> remove small fine particles using water or a duster that will rub against ur car's body if u shampoo..
2. shampoo -> remove stubborn stains such as tar/water stains/bird shit
3. wax -> to give the car a layer of protection..
4. polish -> to make the car look shiny after step 1 2 3..
What i think
Waxing- Using a layer or oil, wax, slicion coating on the car paint's so as to give your car body a smooth feeling when touch at . After waxing, when car is dirty again, more easy to wash. Wax stays long.
Polishing- Cleaning the car till it looks super shiny that it can blind someone eyes driving, remove microscopic dirt and stubborn grinds/ dirts.
Detailing- ??
How to start ?
1. Wet car with water
2. Remove dirts on the body
3. Rinse car
4.Wash car with water+ some soap
5. Rinse car
6. Wax car
7. Polish
8. Clean the windscreen/ windows with newspaper to remove oil.
9. Clean the rims and tires.
10. Dry the car !
11. *bling*
