got key is one thing ah..but they never issued me the summon on the spot lor..if like that, every now and then they happy happy issue then i lan lan have to pay meh??

Go see your MP during his/her meet the people's session. They will be able to help out with parking offences/summons.

for HDB i m not sure ..
as for TP.. if you want see photo of you speeding or beating red lights, you need to pay a fee
And HDB appeals, they will most likely to only waive once for you but well .. no harm trying -
Bro, u got the same exact kind of summon i was issued. i wrote an email to [email protected] and lucky me, i got waived off the $50 fine.
Pls check your parking board at the carpark. Some boards will state season parking after 1030pm, which means night parking is not valid and you will be fine for no valid season parking even if you placed a $2 night coupon. If that carpark has night parking, it will indicate clearly on the board.
Heres a qoute from the mail:
We wish to inform you that coupon parking in XXXXXX carpark is only available from 7.00am to 7.00pm at the red lots and from 7.00am
to 10.30pm at the white lots. The entire car park is reserved for season
parking ticket holders from 10.30pm to 7.00am. This information is
clearly indicated on the signboard displayed at the entrance of the car park. -

In case people want to go get their car and go below their flat to collect something..They have to go out from the correct exit, go pass 2 traffic light and make a big turn just to reach the bottom of their flat..When u can just exit through the other unofficial exit.. -
Just receive the letter from HDB and when i called them to ask why i wasn't issued the summon on the spot..They just said that i was heading out so it is not possible for their people to issue..I was like wtf, if that is the case, your people can just simply key in any offence and say that vehicle was leaving the area so cannot issue..Where got like that one..
Somemore don't even have any proof of the offence.. So how they expect me to pay for it.. -

Such cases if you r in the wrong than you better beat yourself to earth and apologise. if not take your pride and pay the fine. Write in proper good english and be soft. Loud words don't do any good. Thats all i can say.
btw, im referring to the threadstarter parking offence.
