Spoiler ... Why not allow?

Spoilers
The following requirements must be met when installing spoilers :
a) The installation must be carried out in accordance with the product manufacturer's recommendations.
b) They shall not protrude from the car body laterally and/or longitudinally.
c) They shall not have any sharp corners and edges.
d) They should not obstruct the driver's view in any way.
Note:
Vehicle shown above is fitted with a spoiler that is not allowed.
Taken from the LTA website ... why ar? Why the spoiler shown in the pic is not allow?

1.the spoiler is either 2 wide which is a hazard 2 motorcyclists
2.too high which obstructs rear visibility

There are sharp corners on that wing.
That wing is so high and is a few degrees upwards, therefore sure got block some view off the driver. -

That particular design is not allowed as it is able to "hook" something, like for example.. some sari flying in the wind.. car drive pass.. catch the sari..
That's why all manufacturer installed spoiler for road approved cars got no "arms", but are all in a loop design. -

this 1 not wider than body, doesn't block visibility n tt 1 where gt sharp???!!! this design is same as WRX carbon fibre spoiler, which has alrdy been approved btw... -
