  If he IS trying to reduce fuel consumption... man, that's a darn ugly way. The round things on the boot reminds me of those small round rubber pieces you stick between your closet door and the closet itself to reduce impact upon door closure, and the pink/purple flappies remind me of Post-It notes we use to mark pages.

  it uses similiar concepts. masking the rearwheel, increasing the trailing edges on the back of the shell etc. but with more attention paid to aesthetics

  seems like more things added, the sideguards and wheel covers.
  
  the photo came out on sunday times (a column on the week's interesting photos submitted) and i thought they used photoshop to do the back wheel... wah lao, wan do cover also do until like tat....

  This is just as stupid as putting a giant pokemon model on top of the roof of your car. He must be suffering from some desillusional symptoms, keeps thinking, "Sh*t, why my fuel consumption so high?! Oh no fuel prices rising... MUST DO SOMETHING!!! *panicks*" And then he does this to his car.
