- Category B, for cars above 1600cc, COEs fell to $10,600, registering a decline of $201.
- COEs in the Open Category were up slightly from $10,803 to $11,101, an increase of $298.
- Category C or for Goods Vehicles and Buses by $450 from $5,951 to $5,501.
- Motorcycle COE prices also came down by $19 to $881.
