  The ERP EU can be rented from appointed agents lah... And if not wrong, according to my friend from TP, this car plate belongs to a royalty of Perak state, Malaysia... It's easier to identify as most royalties' cars are identified by their alphabetic car plates, instead of alphanumeric...
