  You will have to be creative,
  Like cars stuff, designing cars.
  Usage of adobe photoshop and adobe illustrator or equlivent software required.
  
  Ability to create 3d objects prefered, usage of intericad or autodesk viz is prefered.
  
  Flash will be a plus plus too.

  Artistic and creative are a talant, gamble need luck and building a OS need IT knowlegde. Even if I have management experiance doesn't mean I am able to manage a MNC, it need leadership which is a talant that not everyone has.
