LTA has contracted six traffic wardens ...
from a private company at $34,000 a year to take down the licence plate number,
make and colour of vehicles that intrude into bus lanes at peak hours.
Take note of the operation hours :
Bus Lane operation hrs :
a) 7.30 am to 9.30 am & 4.30 pm to 7pm (Weekdays)
b) 7.30 am to 9.30 am & 11.30 am to 2pm (Saturdays)
LTA has intensified their operations at the following areas :
1) Eunos Link
2) Hougang Ave 3
3) Jurong Town Hall Rd
4) Lorong Chuan
5) Orchard Rd
6) Upper Serangoon Rd
7) Upper Thomson Rd
Yishun Ave 2
better take extra care.... -

know the road outside PS..
the lane is red in colour..means that at what time, car also cannot go in rite???
only at the end of the bus stop, then no more red line
what happen if that lane is full with cars
and u r on the second lane and wan to make a left turn? -
In the 1st place, long bef some SBS buses are fitted with the bus lane cameras

But if it's dotted you can do so for to turn at the junction -

Does Pan ling ling accident due to "too short" dotted line just before the traffic light to make a turn?
$34,000/12 = $2833 just enough to hire 1 or 2 ppl nia.
8 places * $1400 per person = $11200 * 12months = $134,400 per year just for salary.

Additional spots where speed traps were seen,
(1) PIE towards airport near Toa Payoh exit, tripod mounted speed camera
at the pedestrain overhead bridge. 90km/h
(2) PIE towards jurong near adam road exit, tripod mounted speed camera
over at Adam Road flyover. 90km/h
(3) Bradell Road after Bishan Junction towards CTE, tripod mounted speed
camera at the pedestrain overhead bridge. 60/kmh
(4) Queensway towards Bukit Merah, tripod mounted speed camera under tree before Ridout McDonalds. 60km/h
Out in full force alredi since GE long over.....

Some drivers are hogging the bus lanes till a very irresponsible manner which I cannot stand. If they're just passing by and don't hold up the bus, still acceptable to me.

den if u want to wait till dotted line then turn? (which is reall short distance and the cars behind you on the second lane keep horning u?)
