omv is called open market value... its the value of the car when its imported into sg... then the dealers will mark up the price due to regulations blah to the price u see at the showrooms..
after 10 yrs... is coe no more.. then u will be left with juz a percentage of the omv when u scrape the car... its called parf value... i think is 50% if i am not worng... for cars below 5 yrs is 75% of omv plus ur remaining coe if u want to scrape ur car...
