Anyway, sorry, but this is one case even got money also I don't think its possible.
First of all, the entire engine block has to be rotated 90 degrees, which means that everything in the engine bay needs to be rearranged (if thats even possible).
Secondly, the whole transmission has to be tailor-made because I don't think Mitsubishi has a RWD version for the Lancer. Drive shafts, etc all have to be changed too.
Thirdly, if yours was designed as a FWD car, I'm not sure if there is enough space under the car for the propeller shaft to go through (the shaft which transmits engine rotation from engine to wheels).
Fourthly, just balancing the propeller shaft itself is difficult enough....not many companies here can do that. In fact, I only know of 3 which can (but they do it for jeeps and trucks only - all my customers in my previous job).
If, by any chance, its possible....only the chassis and cabin interior remain, everything else has to be changed. Add in customised parts + labour.....it'll be more worth buying a FR car.
