Does this look like a Rav 4 or what?
Its a 2WD vehicle with an acceptable kerb weight (for this kind of vehicle) of around 1400 kg. Here is the specifications page, which shows that even the biggest capacity version (2.4 litres) can do 0-100 kmh only in 14.5 to 15.0 secs.
One thing I'm very confused is that this car has MIVEC technology. But I thought that MIVEC stood for Mitsubishi Innovative Valve timing Electronic Control system? Maybe Chery and Mitsubishi has some technology transfer or something....?
WAHHHH....then maybe we can see Chery Evo in the future leh.

Oh, I just read the tyre specs and they state 235/60R16....heavy and thick stuff. No wonder the acceleration so slow.

No offense but i think its Cherry that bought the technology from Mitsubishi. Its normal for a car manufacturer to just buy the technology or simply buy the engine from a manufacturer. That alone can save a lot of money on R&D and testings liao.
