  need some help!
  
  - how to go to outram park (SGH) by car from upp serangoon?
  - how to go to bukit batok ave 3 by car from outram park?

  From upp serangoon, get to CTE, head southbound, and take the outram road exit, then follow the signs that say "Singapore General Hospital".

  Err, get back on the CTE southbound into AYE, then I dunno already, never driven there before.

  CTe - AYE - exit clementi ave 6 - go straight till PIE - Turn left (filter lane) to PIE (Jurong) - keep to the most left lane and exit from Bukit Batok ave ???

  go back to CTE / AYE exit cleminti ave 6 and go back to PIE / Jurong take the first exit to bukit batok ... u r almost there ...
