  unless you RC member, and the car park season pass is for your car under the RC member name, can park in that GRC car park , but cannot after 10:30 in other season car park lot

  I presume you are saying HDB season parking, unless it states the carpark no/location in the parking disc....check it out. If there isn't, it is not allowed.
