Understand that the COE bidding is on every first and third Monday of each month and will get to know the result by Wednesday.
May I know once you got the COE, what's the next step and how long does it takes to get my car? -
1) U bid yr own COE or SE?
2) If U bid COE yrself, i think u have 3 to 6 mth to get a car.
3) If got COE oredi, go buy yrself a car lah.
4) If all done by SE, Check with him twice a week when car got yr car cuz they tend to delay the time in order to get a better commission from insurance,loans but also depends on the demands of the model. If too many people buy, then no choice but to wait for yr turn. Ask yr SE when is the earliest time u can get yr car before signing the paper. Lastly, try to get more free gifes from yr SE.

This the the 2nd COE the PI bidded for us.

It shows sucessful @ 3.30pm before the bidding ended at 4pm. But according to my dad, the PI called him to inform him that they have got the COE already.
I'm confused!

the open COE is already with the PI. they jus need to transfer to your name can liao. becos the temp CatE can only last for 3 month when it is not register with a vehicle. so i guess, they dun want to waste it and use it 4 your car.
