Haze Leaves a Sticky Film on my Car

Has anyone encountered this issue; a thin layer of smeary film (grayish in color) on the surface of car? -
morning dew plus carbon particles?

I just changed my air-filter, and immediately, I can see light-gray stains on the white clean filter!
nnb... Indonesia is a real pain in the butt...

How do u know this is caused by the hazw and not by something else?

Now, it turned lightgray in just one day! Normal color is darkgray to black as you drive over the months. -

can visibly see the haze lvl getting worse and higher during pre-noon hrs and also at evening hrs too. -

It was worse back when Singapore was suffering from the spill out of Mount Pinatubo.
