Maserati Quattropotte or PI M5?

Gents & Ladies,
Which of the above would tickle your fancy. Hong Seh is offering 2006 model Quatropotte @ S$340k and Vincar / PI M5 at about S$360k.
Hong Seh provides a 3 yr parts gtee and svs at S$2.1k per year whilst Vincar's gtee is from MBM Wheelpower.
Would appreciate your thoughts!

The Quattroporte, I think it just looks alot more sleek and classy, and the performance and sound is still great

I test drived the Maserati but gearbox was horrible. Power and pickup felt quite slow actually.
Though I do like the interior and the finishings especially in black on black! -
why porsche nine eleven is not on the list?!

According to Autocar magazine, a new CLS 500 inclusive of COE is 353k. Worth a consideration?

Between a CLS500 or M5 or Maser, I would most prob go for the M5 or Maser. The CLS does not seem to feel special enough.

Fair enough, the BMW M series cars do carry the high performance distinction and are a class above the usual BMW's, and just the name Maserati Quattroporte seems to have a special sound to it. And it looks great too

Hi, not sure about the M5, my family has the QP. Very comfy inside. Gearbox terrible? Hmm..which other cars have you tried? You wife will love it! Bose speaker surround and for passengers behind, there's some room space for legs to stretch. Exhast sound? Nah don't listen to others.... it's quite a quiet car inside when you are driving, unless you drive with windows wind down. Here is a photo when we went up KL last week. I would go for the M5 if i were to choose one of the 2. I always liked bimmers.. But if i have that money and u asked me to choose a car, i will go for the porsche cayman s... haha
