think the worker in Japan suddenly realised his shift just ended when he was mid-way assembling the door/window/wiper. hahah.Originally posted by ditzy:I remembered there was this thread someone said something about his civic, after a certain mileage, something came loose or misaligned and had to go back to kah motors to fix.Think it was a door, a window, a wiper or something.

I think 1.8 runs on a SOHC and 2.0 runs on DOHCOriginally posted by chihuahua999:Congratulations - may I know which engine size you got 1.8 or 2 ?
Is there much differences in these 2 models ?
I have a feeling, that might just come true.Originally posted by Ponders:will let you know. hahaha.
maybe mine is.. the worker delivering the car to the docks realised his shift ended
left the car at the dock and clocked out.
Will take note. Thanks...Originally posted by junh:only down side maybe is the car feels big when driving. seems bigger than it is
the dashboard is very long, fr steering wheel to windscreen, creating alot of front space. hence the perception of a very big front end.
hard to judge ur nose initially.
Silver MossOriginally posted by junh:what colour u getting??
how much did you get it for (including all the discounts) and when will you collect it?Originally posted by Ponders:Just booked the new Civic.
CAn anyone tell me what are the misses in this Civic?
sounds illogical for me to ask AFTER i booked it, but the looks are just too irresistable.
But does anyone know what is lacking in the car that i should know about?
In case i was blinded by the looks.
Te autolock function is nice to have.... But regarding the windows, only the driver needs auto wind up and down wat.... as for the passengers, they can hold on to the button to wind down the windows right? they are not driving anyway.... i think such additional functions will add up to the cost of the car... that is why they excluded them....Originally posted by *Lord Kang*:one of the bad thing is no autolocking of the door when step on the brakes..most cars nowadays can auto lock when brake is depress..
another is the window..only the driver side window got auto up n down..the rest need to hold on to it..kind of ma fan..especially while driving..
This autolocking thing when brake is depress is not an original feature an add on by using cheap chinese parts.Originally posted by *Lord Kang*:one of the bad thing is no autolocking of the door when step on the brakes..most cars nowadays can auto lock when brake is depress..
