if you are taking 10 yrs loan, with no downpayment, here are the suggestion:
vios if u intend to sit children behind and reliable car,
fit for fuel saving,
subaru R series for 2 person usage.
Dun get korean make pls. u will regret. -

Theres more to that den monthly installments man...think hard again before committing to such a big "event" of your life.
Until u meet till emergencies (well, you never know) and you need cash or wadeva thats valuable..and by then, the monthly installments will be pressing hard for you to pay up..hohoho..

monthly expenses for the type of car u r looking for should be ~ $1k p/mth.
be prepare to PAP ( pay and pay). hohoho -
400 - 500? with that kind of budget i dont think u are ready yet?

actually i find proton not very reliable esp the material used. its too plasticly -
