yeah..this thread probably gonna get a lot of forumites shunning off china made cars without proper analysis of this industry.
It took Japan 40 years to conquer the automobile industry...China leh? just started. We shall see in the future whether our children will buy china cars in the future era.
IMO, i am getting choosing a Chevy, yeah yeah...some *know-it-all" forumites probably will say "ITS A KOREAN CAR GET A JAPAN CAR LIKE xxxxx" Chevy Aveo really seems nice. and cheap.

if that was a honda QQ, people would set fanclubs, fan forums, zhng their QQ, too bad its chery QQ instead of honda QQ.

The Chery really cannot make it. Went to the showroom. The seat stitching not even straight. One car cannot pop the hood, the SE had to pop the hood of the next car. The clutch pedal didn't really spring back after I press. Sort of stayed down wondering what to do next.
The bonnet can see that it's not even with the bumper. etc. etc.
Singapore is a tough market for them to launch. For about the same price can get the Picanto and now the Spark which is the original QQ.

One of the car even uses a Mini Cooper engine (TRITEC).
