Can anyone tell me why those people must ship their cars into Singapore when they are only doing a visit?

No lah... these cars are all Malaysian number plate... They must be the really rich Malaysian. The cars came on Thursday afternoon, i saw. Rich ppl from K.L spending a weekend in Singapore. that uber old ferrari is a 400... close to the 412, brother of 512 and 612 (scaglietti)
there's a white 412 in singapore, and maybe a black one if i remember correctly
as to their purpose of coming? maybe shopping or attending some upcoming event -
