There was a similar-looking car owned by a Caucasian in Singapore, featured dunno on TV or in the papers some time back. It was battery-powered too, but that one was all covered, as in, it didn't expose the driver to the elements like this one does.

I saw this car before, but its all covered up, not like this one.. That one that i saw got door one.. but its still exactly the same size as this and its a one seater.. lol.. it was a true head-turner..

The one featured here looks more like a golf cart.
