Hi R2lover... I've got problem with the SE also when I bought my R2... the SE simply bo chup.. he never bother to update me on the delivery and I've to called him every time to chase him for the delivery.. There was once I've called him from 2pm till 9pm to asked him to collect payment from me... and u know what.. he only return my call around 10pm.. Told him off by saying.. hey.. i need to beg u to collect payment is it?? He told me he's driving... i've replied.. wow.. drive from 2pm till 9pm plus hor.. Was so angry with him... My bf also tried calling him few times, and he dun even bother to return his calls. I was told by her that the car will arrived on 30 Nov 2006. Once the car arrive at the Toa Payoh Showroom, she'll call me to come down for papers work & able to get the car 1 week later. On 19 Oct, was told that the COE bidding successful and car coming 1 week before 30 Nov. However the car was not deliver as promised, and told me car coming 30 Nov instead.
On 30 Nov - called her to check the status of car. Her tone was not good, and told me she'll let me know when car arrive asap. Still no return call.
So on 1 Dec, i called her at 1149hrs. she was with customer and will call me back. As usual, no return call. I called her at 1700hrs, her speaking tone is worst. And was told 2nd week of December as needs to clear LTA papers.

i frankly say , good sales man are hard to come by. also give them some allowance for mistakes la.
but when they really deserve it, then makes sure they LOST their job lor.
