  ONLY Public Holiday which falls on Sun, the next day will be consider holiday. New Year falls on Monday ma, where can the next day be holiday for New Year ?

  it is because 31 Dec 2007 is a public holiday and sunday. And the make up holiday is an Hoilday. So need to pay back 2 days.
