  this guy is renting out his tucson. but i think he still hav a few other models. call him n book in adv.
  
  but... FYI.. his charges are rather steep in non peak. b expected to pay ALOT in festive seasons..

  Btw, we are not allowed to rent out our own private car right? I mean, unless we have a higher insurance to cover the hirer, as well as a few more cost for having personal car out on rent, else it's illegal rite?
  
  Anyone aware of the legal procedures? For let say to rent out ur car juz in ad-hoc basis, once in a blue moon while ur overseas etc, what are the cost involve for the legal renting?

  Renting a car during CNY period.... thats the best time all rental agent will cut, slice, chop ,burn your pocket.
  Especially new cars or good conditions car. They wun rent to you for 3 days only.... They will ask you to rent for 1 week duration.... so far I heard of prices between 380 - 888 ( normal saloon car ) for 16/2 to 23/6
  
  SUVs and MPV are going as high as 1.4k... lolz...
  Not to forget... petrol no included... got to top up.
  
  Not worth the money ... take a cab... unless you spend more than $500 on cab fare for those 3 days.
