Malaysian fines

  Hello people, just wanna ask if anyone has use the u/m link to pay their malaysian fines?
  
  And is it a must to register?
  
  I'm afraid once register, they will have all my info, unless i give them all wrong info except my car no.

  i dunno, maybe they will go through the TP in sg, then Tp will help settle the fine for me, then charge me 100 times more. Thats their job wat. To make money
