Hi guys,
I am a newbie. I am now driving a Lancer 1.6 GLX (bought in July/2002, S$86K with a 5yr loan, COE-S$31K). The loan will be completed in July/August this year. I know that the COE loss for my car each year is about S$3100 whereas now the new COE loss for each year is about S$1200++ (Pls correct me if I am wrong). I am wondering if I should change my car now or in the near future in order to minimize my loss($) in COE. I really like my current car. Do you guys think that it makes economic sense to change my car in the near future? Assume that the new car is 1.6L and is about S$55-60K.
