Create Geely's new logo, earn 3.6million RMB = S$711,220.688

Geely Autos is holding a competition for designers all over the world to help it design a new logo, the criteria for the new logo is that should symbolically representative, artistic, as well as being practical and being able to embody the corporate concept and spirit of Geely Holding group.
However, we at China Car Times believe that Geely should forget the logo, leave it as it is we say, instead they should work on their new slogan for 2007, which is ‘Beyond_the value‘ yes, that is an under_score. Oh, Geely is throwing down a 3.6 million RMB cash prize (thats about $461,000USD & S$711,220.66
for the winning logo.
Here's another idea: How about a new company name?
On the Geely website we found this release about the contest. Looks like it has been going on for a week or so now — and we're not sure when it ends. The release didn't mention 3.6 million yuan, but a Baidu search shows that the figure is apparently accurate. Seems you can email your logo to [email protected].
Any logo that any person from any age group will look better than their current one.
