I've heard that Hyundai aren't fuel efficient, is this true guys?
depend on technology:
a 2 VALVE/CYLINDER car engine produce peak power at 2000-2500rpm.
so dun need to step so hard until 4-5k rpm to get that extra power.
then if you got 4 valve per cylinder, the combustion process become more efficient.
then you got Variable valve timing(VVT) to cater or compensate to the lower efficiency at high rpm.
then after that you got variable intake valve timing on top of the VVT. this is to smoothen out the engine efficiency at all rpm.
then some engine got variable exhaust value timing also to add to the above.
hyundai got VVT ? i think only the avante got only.
next, the transmission play a part also.
most efficient is CVT, follow by manual, follow by Auto.
the last most impt thing is the way ppl drive la. esp sounding the vroom so loud at red light stop ..... trying to prove what le??
thks
PS: do u smell smoke??
