hi.. are there any car rental companies in the west that rent out to p-plate drivers and those below 21? i've been trying very hard to find, but i cant seem to find any.. thanks
Not easy to find because they risk getting their cars damaged... minor damages includes scratches and dents... major damages include any other accidents that you can ever imagine...
Not that I discriminate against P-platers... I was once a P-plater too.... but it's a fact that P-platers are still not very good at driving...
Although many will disagree with me, but i believe that for those people who has absolutely no chance to drive at all after they get their licence, it's no point learning to drive... it's better to wait till you have the ability to buy a car first... cos the constant practice after you get your licence really counts...
