My father goes overseas to work and would come back very 2-3 months. So he told me that while he's away, help him to start up his car everyday 2 weeks or so to prevent the flat car battery. He would fill up the cars to full tank to prevent the fuel tank from rusting.
So what I'm saying is that I think it would be alright to leave it and not use it for 2 weeks and just fill up the tank of your car to prevent it from rusting.

its all right to leave the car unused for 2 weeks...
if your battery is not near to its lifespan...no mods on your hifi...should be able to start after 2 weeks still...
i frequently leave my cars for weeks to months at a time since i'm not always in Singapore...
