Bad Car Rental Experience

  Hi Fellow forumers
  
  I am posting here to ask that fellow forumers avoid this car rental company, Tokyo Autosports at AMK Industrial Park 2 Blk 5033.
  
  I've had a very very bad experience with them. 1 month ago, they agreed to rent me a Latio, a new Sunny and an Altis. 1 week before the collection date, they said they are not able to rent me the Latio and Sunny. I didn't want to make things difficult and so I accepted 2 old lancers and 1 altis. Today is the day of collection and instead of 2 lancers and 1 altis, right now he wants to give me another car. When I refused, he started to show me his attitude on the phone. He even went as far as hanging up on me. I am absolutely disgusted with his level of service.
  
  My friend's wedding is tomorrow and I've already paid the deposit so I am left with NO CHOICE except to pick up the vehicles. I am posting here to warn fellow forumers of this car rental company.

  sometime, its better go for branded rental company, such as Avis, Hertz...etc, although they are much more expensive, but quality is garanteed, I supposed.

  You know, you should have gone for more established names like ORIS, Hertz, CityLimo...etc.
  
  Going for cheap, can leave you in a heap of trouble....

  That time i rent from Carcando also not bad. The service is good.. and price is flexible!

  hi, there is a car rental located in the west! their contact number is 91915878 or 98469012 or 93442686. Their cars are well maintained and they rent to P plate holders without needing a deposit. Good Place to rent a car! U can contact them!
