Traffic camera

I got a traffic summon that says that the camera caught my car crossing the red light. the fine is $200 and 12 points.
The place of offence was at the crooss junction of Bedok North Ave 1 and Chai Chee lane. The camera is located at Bedok North Ave 1 toward the Bedok Interchange. However on that day (14/1/07) i was travel on chai chee lane and had to turn right toward Bedok Interchange. I can only turn when traffic light at chai chee lane is green but the traffic light at bedok north ave 1 is red.
It was a rainny day then. is it possible that the camera is faulty or am i done for coz LTA gives me the letter. Pls advice

if you are sure that its not you, ask to see the photograph.
You need to pay administrative fee on top of your fine, if the photograph is you. -
Did you notice any flash in the first placE?
cos even in de day the flash is very bright...
anyway best is to just admit wrong and ask for chance.
Cos if you say , you are not in wrong they will just tell you to go to court and fight the case. <----Happen to me----->
So best is just go see your mp , and Ask him/her appeal for you and ask for lower fine.
I when to see the i/o , telling her i didnt beat (but i nv kena caught by red light camera) she just told me , if i wan i can go court and prove myself ....
So after that i wrote one letter saying i didnt beat , den they reply to me , and told me they cant give chance , and if i wan i can go court.
so i wrote another letter again , but this time saying im still studying and bla bla bla , ask to give chance , but they reply say cAnnot give chance ...
so at last i when to see mp ....
2 wks letter come , from 12demerit n $200 fine it dropped down to 6demerit and $150fine
for your info i was a p-plate for both my class 2b and 3 that time. -

my dad got once but it's 3 points and $150. -

with all those machineries, cannot deny also. anyway i didn't even know i beat the red light 
$200 + 12 points + $1.20 carpark and 1.5 hours waiting time.

You actually remembered that particular incident so well... this only means one thing... When you made that turn, you already wondered whether you broke the traffic rules.... So just own up and pay the fine... Stop giving excuses...
